The hotel had some mixed experiences. The rooms were not ready by check-in time, and there were some issues with vouchers that couldn't be used. On the bright side, the service by the wedding banquet staff was fantastic!

The hotel had some mixed aspects during my stay. Although the location was decent, being in an industrial area with a fun play feature area, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The rooms, while spacious, had issues with cigarette smoke entering and various cleanliness issues like stained furniture and unwashed sheets. The staff were friendly but not entirely efficient in addressing room issues. The pool experience was dampened by the cold conditions and lack of cleanliness in the surrounding areas. Overall, it was an average stay with some notable drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were disappointing with issues like stained furniture, unclean jacuzzi, and unchanging bed sheets, the overall ambiance was quiet and perfect for a new day. The service started off great, with helpful and professional staff; however, it seemed to decline after a certain time in the evening. The location was convenient for reaching the hockey arena and interstate, but cleanliness issues, especially around the pool, were a downside. The dining experience was average, with limited options, but some unexpected surprises like an abundance of sour cream. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel facilities were decent overall.
